Job responsibilities:
<p><span style="text-wrap: nowrap;">1. Assist QPM in completing customer requirements documents and reports, such as appearance reports/functional reports/dimensional reports/FAI/CPK/MTD/correlation reports/GRR reports, etc</span></p><p><span style="text-wrap: nowrap;">2. Assist QPM in establishing relevant standards with customers, such as limit samples/size specifications/standard samples</span><br/></p><p><span style="text-wrap: nowrap;">3. Responsible for the design and output of QDFM for new product related fixtures, and uploading them to the client for approval,</span><br/></p><p><span style="text-wrap: nowrap;">4. Lead the development phase of new products to promote the improvement, tracking, and confirmation of major defective projects. Leading MIL's closed-loop</span><br/></p><p><span style="text-wrap: nowrap;">5. Lead the import of traceability systems such as the SFC/iMES system</span><br/></p><p><span style="text-wrap: nowrap;">6. Lead the training of new project QC</span><br/></p><p><span style="text-wrap: nowrap;">7. Responsible for the quality requirements specified by other customers</span><br/></p><p><span style="text-wrap: nowrap;">8. Responsible for coordinating and handling process quality anomalies and shipment quality anomalies</span><br/></p><p><span style="text-wrap: nowrap;">9. Leading the improvement of yield and closed-loop control of major problem points</span><br/></p><p><span style="text-wrap: nowrap;">10. Handling customer complaints, promoting internal improvement, and responding to customer complaint reports</span><br/></p><p><span style="text-wrap: nowrap;">11. Complete all temporary tasks assigned by the leader.</span><br/></p><p><br/></p>
Job requirements:
<p>1. Familiar with the new product development process and process quality management process</p><p>2. Familiar with the production process and quality control points of Softgoods</p><p>3. Proficient in establishing and using various quality statistical reports, able to summarize and analyze data and identify key issues</p><p>4. Familiar with handling various quality abnormalities and customer complaint handling reports for 8D, FACA, and 5C</p><p>5. Familiar with ISO9001.2015 standard, able to assist in establishing and maintaining a quality system</p><p>6. Proficient in using quality tools such as MSA, SPC, FEMA, DOE, QC, etc</p><p>7. Knowledge in quality control statistics, knowledge of TQM is preferred</p><p>8. Proficient in using office software, MiniTab, JMP, and other software</p><p><br/></p>
